Robert Medrano is a licensed real estate salesperson and works at Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. Though Rob is a local realtor, in The Bronx Throggs Neck area, he still represents homeowners in the sale or buying single/multi-family homes, penthouses, condominium’s, co-ops within all five boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, and Orange counties. Rob also has trusted strong relationships with Property Owners to fill their apartment vacancies.

Rob has a degree in communications from Fordham University, in the Bronx and followed it up with a master’s degree, in strategic management, from Manhattanville College in Purchase New York. As a local Realtor, Rob prides himself knowing what the market is bearing and how best to steer his clients in the best direction.

Rob has previous experience working as an international recruiter, in higher education, and has visited over fifty countries. This experience has provided Rob with a love of diverse cultures and architecture. He can be found regularly within the Bronx and Westchester County market helping homeowners achieve their goal of either downsizing, investing, or upgrading. He is a current member of the Throggs Neck Merchant Association. He looks forward to meeting new people, public speaking, and helping others achieve their goals.
